We love pizza in any form, this is the easiest crust (no yeast!) and super fast.
Crust:
1 cup flour (we use whole wheat)
3/4 cup cornmeal
2.5 tablespoon sugar
2.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together, form a well and then add:
1/4 cup melted butter or oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
Mix together just until moistened, spread in a greased jellyroll pan (it will be thin, that's good!).
Bake at 400*F for about 10 minutes or until the top is barely dry. Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce (canned or homemade), cheese, and pizza toppings.
Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Enjoy!
We topped this one with pepperoni and with leftover buffalo chicken dip!
